Penang International Floral Festival 2008 @ Botany Park

由槟城艺术协会盆栽雅石组主办的“2008年槟城花卉节”，于11月29日至12月7日，在槟城植物园举行。开放时间为上午9时至晚上7时，而这次花卉展的主题为“奇幻美妙的花卉”。
值得一提的是，这次有4个组别的花卉赛同时进行，既是富贵花赛品有100棵、食虫植物赛品200棵、雅石赛品200棵，以及盆栽赛品有100棵。
负责该项赛事的评判均来自国内外，如泰国、印尼、澳洲、美国、中国等。

The Penang International Floral Festival 2008 will be held from 29th Nov to 7th Dec 2008 at the historic 124 years old Penang Botanic Gardens. This annual festival held successfully since 1991, has established itself as a premier Penang tourism event.

The year 2008 marks the 18th consecutive year of Penang Floral Fest. This year theme for the Floral Fest is “Floral Fantasy” or “Fantasi Flora”. With the historical and beautiful Penang Botanic Gardens as its backdrop, this annual extravaganza vows to impress visitors with its colourful display of flora and its exciting events.
